The Managing Depression group is a skills-based group designed to teach individuals several different strategies to reduce depressive symptoms and enhance their quality of life. This group is open to anyone who has experienced depression in the past or is currently finding it challenging to manage symptoms.
This 6-week open group is held on Thursdays from 2-3:30 p.m. Participants are welcome to join at any point during the 6-weeks.
